PrintPack 2019: APL to showcase AMS LED UV curing systems
APL Machinery will demonstrate the LED UV XP 9 curing systems manufactured by Air Motion Systems during the six days of the show.

According to CP Paul of APL, the company has installed 40 LED UV systems in India. The top names include Roop Sign and Graphics, AB Print Pack, SS Paper Box, Maruti Printers, Star Sapphire, Uflex, and SLV Printers.
“Launched in 2014 the LED UV XP 9 cures the ink instantly and handles a range of substrates, even heat-sensitive substrates can be printed. Using an LED UV eliminates the use of environmentally harmful substances such as ozone, mercury and emission of VOCs. Value addition such as drip-off coating can be achieved using the XP 9,” added Paul.
“The USP of LED is 35-40% productivity gain. Plus it increases speed to the bindery, also saves space,” said Paul.

The countdown to the PrintPack India 2019 has begun. The six-day show with more than 480 exhibitors and over 24,500 sqm of booked floorspace is set to commence on 1 February 2019 at the India Expo Centre in Greater Noida.
