ProPak 2018: Target Innovations to launch VFFS machines
Goa-based packaging machinery manufacturer, Target Innovations, is set to launch its range of vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) machines at ProPak 2018.

Speaking to WhatPackaging?, Rajesh K Gopinath of Target Innovations said, “We are introducing this VFFS machine to our customers for both Indian and worldwide markets. These machines are sturdy, fast and continuous. They are also easy to install and use."
The VFFS machine consists of an automatic length control feature through an electronic photocell panel, also known as an eye mark sensor. It also comprises a programmable logic controller (PLC) system with a touch screen display for setting machine parameters.
“The visitors can witness the full range of high-speed form-fill-seal type packing combination with a metal detector and checkweigher. A complete end to end solution for packaging and quality inspection," said Gopinath, when asked about the available benefits for visitors.
The VFFS machines that Target Innovations offer have centre seals/ three-side seals with continuous or intermittent pneumatic types. It has a packing range of more than 100 grams powder per granules and a speed of over 80 pouches per minute
Target Innovations boasts of having installations in more than 40 countries worldwide including USA, Singapore and Dubai amongst others.
