KGN Xerox continues investment with post-press spend
After adding two HP PageWide machines and a host of cut-sheet digital production presses over the last couple of years, Hyderabad’s retail print chain KGN Xerox has enhanced its finishing operations with a second Duplo 616 slitter-cutter-creaser, an Electromec perfect binding kit, and a JingWei digital cutting table.

Asif Akther, managing director, KGN Xerox, said, “The new Duplo 616 enables us to automate most common finishing tasks such as cutting and creasing, without compromising on the standard of finish.”
The Duplo 616 is installed at KGN’s Gachibowli site.
With the Electromec perfect binding machine, KGN will now be able to cater to short-run book printing demand.
“The JingWei digital cutting table will help us offer value-added products like sticker with half-cutting and custom-shaped business cards. Plus with this machine we are also targeting short-run packaging applications,” added Akther.
The Duplo and JingWei equipment were supplied by TechNova Imaging Systems, which represents the two companies in India.
