Anand Malhara, managing director at CMYK Press, said, “Apart from running the business, I have tried to follow a green practise. The design of the CMYK Press building has a box type layout which takes care of bulk storage of ink, paper and plates. The layout is such that even at 45 degree celsius, the employees can work in a pleasant atmosphere. The premises of building also boasts of lush greenery.”
According to Malhara, the credit of the award also goes to Ravi Gadre who is the architect of the CMYK plant.
Malhara concluded, “The building at the very outset has an artistic depiction of printing, which is paper coming out of heavy machine. The architect was Ravi Gadre, architect from Pune. It gives enough natural light on the shopfloor during the day and keeps the working area airy in all the seasons.”
