Gallus installs more than 70 presses in India
Gallus, the flexo press manufacturer, has installed more than 70 label presses in India till the last fiscal year.

Samir Patkar, managing director, Gallus India, said, “this achievement wouldn't have been possible without the support and constant motivation from the packaging industry in India.”
Patkar added, “Gallus offers a complete range of value added services ranging from installation and commissioning the press to post-installation training and hand-holding. It also provides on-demand engineering and technical support services, as well as maintaining an inventory of spare parts for quick replacement.”
Meanwhile, Gallus is showcasing its ICS 670 carton press at Drupa which was launched at Drupa 2008.
Since its launch, Gallus has installed more than eight ICS 670 presses worldwide.
Patkar said, “at Drupa, we will demonstrate capabilities of converting value added cartons on this press with inline gravure, screen, flexo, cold foil printing and flatbed die-cutting, our key USP’s of this press.”
With its headquarters Mumbai, Gallus India is the newly formed Indian sales and service unit which is now a 100% subsidiary company of Gallus, Switzerland.
Gallus India is responsible for South Asian markets which include India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and Bangladesh.
