IndiaCorr Expo opens today in Greater Noida

The IndiaCorr Expo and India Folding Carton opened its show floor at India Expo Centre in Greater Noida. The show - organised by RX India (Reed Exhibitions) - will run from 23 October (Saturday) to 25 October (Monday) 2021.

Over the past eight years, IndiaCorr Expo and India Folding Carton catered to the Indian market as one of the leading B2B events for corrugated case manufacturing, converting, package printing, box making and folding carton segments, connecting buyers-and-sellers to build business relationships and learn from industry experts.

The showcase of live machinery will continue to take the centre stage with key players including Bobst, BHS Corrugated, EMBA Machinery, Astron Paper, Westrock, Fuma Machinery, Fosber, Natraj Industries, Erhardt + Leimer, Re Equipment (India), Nitta Corporation India, JS Corrugating Machinery, Robus India and others participating at the event.

ICCMA Congress agenda
The strategic partners of the event, Indian Corrugated Case Manufacturers' Association (ICCMA) will host ICCMA Congress, on 23-24 October 2021 to gather corrugators from across the country. Themed as ‘The changing landscape - Adapting to the new normal’, the sessions will address current challenges faced by the industry and will host a range of industry experts.

The organisers will be hosting six sessions over a period of two days during the show, of which the first two sessions will be hosted on 23 October 2021.


Inauguration ceremony on the opening day 

The first session – Optimising corrugated packaging for eCommerce world: Filling the gaps and way forward – would be a panel discussion, which will be moderated by Harish Madan, vice president, ICCMA. The session will include panellists from Reliance Retail, Grofers, Moglix, B&B Triplewall, Pioneer Packaging, Supra Craft among others.

The second session – Disruption in supply and demand patterns in global containerboard markets: Underlying factors and how the decade ahead may pan out for the corrugated box industry in India – also a panel discussion, will feature panellists from companies such as Seascope Impex, Pratik Pulp, Ekman and more. The session, which will be moderated by Manish Patel, MD, South India Paper Mills, will feature in-person as well as pre-recorded panellists.

The third session, which will take place on the second day (24 October 2021), will be based on new technologies on the corrugator. The fourth session will be on digital post printing for corrugated board substrate.

The fifth session would be a panel discussion on ‘solar adoption in our industry and advantages’, whereas the last session would be an open house discussion on matters of interest within ICCMA members. All sessions will be followed by a Q&A session.
