Auroville Green Practices is organizing a nine day immersion program for high-school students and graduates between the ages of 16 to 19 years from 21st to 29th June, 2015.

The program has been designed based on the 3H (hands, head, heart) approach which attempts to develop technical skill (hands), critical and system thinking (head) and inner strength and capacities (heart) in the participants. The aim of this program is to facilitate comprehensive learning capacities and empower youth to embody principles of ecological stewardship for the promotion of human and environmental wellbeing. Participants will be working on an urban agriculture project which integrates subjects like Organic Food Production, Sustainable Water Management, Ecological Thinking, Renewable Energy Systems, Sustainable Waste Management etc. Apart from this they will participate in Art Therapy, Theatre Games, Awareness Through Body and Capoeira.
