A Glorious Exhibition at Ahmedabad
A Glorious Exhibition of “Printing, Packaging along with Signage and Digital Technology” is being conducted at Ahmedabad in the month of January 2012. The exhibition is organized by N. Parmar Expositions, a group organization of ‘Printing Samachar,’ a monthly, catering the needs of printing industry.
“Print Pack Sign Digital 2012” (PPSD 2012) is held during 20, 21 and 22 January 2012 at Sanskar Kendra, Paldi, Ahmedabad - a well-known venue of Vibrant Gujarat - where all industry grooms in the vibrancy of the state. The exhibitor N. Parmar Expositions has already organized such exhibitions in the past for four times in last 8 years. Excellent response from the printing industry and success from past exhibitions lead N. Parmar Expositions for another exhibition once again. PPSD 2012 will serve Printers and associated industries with latest know how and new innovations in the printing industry.
“Printing Samachar”, only Gujarati monthly for the printing industry is regularly published by Shri Narendra Parmar since April 2001. We are also arranging time-to-time seminars, business meets, talks, get-togethers and exhibitions to provide common business platforms to machinery manufacturers, agents, service providers and other associate small entrepreneurs from the printing and graphic industry. Moreover with the help of our magazine and different events like exhibitions we provide a common platform for Printing Machinery Manufactures and Agents with users-printing presses and associated organizations. Major printing industry Associations of Gujarat has supported PSPD-2012. Magazines like Print Week India, Press Ideas, PLC, Screen Print India, ScreenTex, Gujarat Journal, Indian Journal of Printing Technology, Indian Newspaper Orbit has extended their support as ‘Media Partner’ for PSPD-2012.
There are more than 750 four or multi color offset Machines, 250+ web offsets, 5000+ small and medium format single color offset machines working in Gujarat at present. Moreover more than 2000 corrugated box and packaging industries are working in Gujarat, Silvassa and Daman. Screen printing industry is in every nook and corner of the state. Printers and packers of the Gujarat are doing many innovative and excellent works. Like screen printers, digital printers and graphic designers are also in every nook and corner of the state. It is very difficult to find exact figure of turn-over of the industry, but we can assume it more than 8500 Cr. and increasing at a rate of 12%. Gujarat state is passing through great industrial revolution under very effective administrative guidance of visionary Hon. Chief Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Printing industry is also benefited by this revolution. Now Gujarat is considered as a vibrant state and a best business and industrial hub. Every month 5 new units of four or multi-colour printing machines with latest technologies are coming/establishing in Gujarat. In the field of Digital Printing technology new units are coming with latest, advanced and innovative Machines from prominent companies, like Xerox, Kodak, Canon, HP and Richo. Progressive and innovative printers should keep their eye on latest, advanced and innovative developments in printing industry. Market of Inkjet and Solvent printers for outdoor and indoor branding is also increasing day by day. This is a signal of bright future for printers of the state.
