When did you start using the Echaar press?
We started using the Echaar Flexodelight 400 CI flexo press from mid-2023.

What are the features that tilted the favour in this?
We are happy that the machine is gearless with servo-driven features.

How much have these features helped you in your production?
The registration remains intact and takes less time between changeover and running of the machine.

For what applications is the Echaar press used?
We are using it for surface printing on different substrates.

Is there anything that you do not like or can be improved about this?
No issues with the installation of the machine. Only one thing can be improved is its software.

If there’s a critical packaging job that has come your way, would you rely on this to see it through?
Yes, we have managed to manufacture a few critical jobs with this and got good results from it.

What’s the quality like?  
It’s up to the required benchmark.

How easy is it to use and handle?  
Although the press is easy to handle, it needs training from the Echaar team.

Would you say that it offers value for money?  
Yes, it offers value for money as it is our first CI flexo.

Were there any difficulties experienced during the use of Echaar press?
Some difficulties came across in the running of the machine but the problems were sorted quickly with quick support from the Echaar team.
