Comment about the book: This book is comprised of a comprehensive body of artworks with oil paintings, water colours and sculptural assemblages.
What according to you was the most interesting aspect of the print job: The book mainly features painting, therefore matching the colours was the main challenge.

Top job - two

Title: Bombay Bar Association - A legacy of law
Book launch date: November 2015
Designer/author: Printed by Spenta Multimedia
Publisher's brief: The Bombay Bar Association, one of the oldest in the country, is an association of lawyers practising in the Bombay High Court.
Time duration from design to completion: Approximately one and half months.

What according to you was the most interesting aspect of the print job: Quick turnaround time for the book launch.

Top job - three

Title: The Victorian and Art Deco Ensemble of Mumbai
Book launch date: November 2015
Designer/author: Printed by Spenta Multimedia
Publisher's brief: Observer Research Foundation is a leading non-particisan Indian think tank that seeks to influence public policy formulation.
Time duration from design to completion: One week to complete the printing. If someone told Spenta that a turnaround wasn’t possible, the Spenta team would find a way or at least come up with a workaround that achieved the same effect. The company has a record of quick makreadies and has achieved 111 plate changes in 72 hours.

Title: Jewellery Trend Book 2018
Book launch date: 19 March 2017
Publisher's brief: The Gem and Jewellery Export Promotion Council of India are the apex body of commerce ministry. It is an august body of 6000 plus manufacturers and exporters of India.
Time duration from design to completion: Printing of the books done within 10 days.
Pre-press: CTP platemaking on Screen with TechNova plates
Press: Heidelberg sheetfed press
Post-press: Finishing: Embossing, UV, gold foiling and gloss spot UV on galley.
Art: Four-colour
Paper (text plus cover page): Inside paper: Garda Kiara 150 gsm

Post press: Aqueous coating on all pages, section-sewing plus hardbound with slipcase.
Comment about the book: It’s the first ever jewellery handbook published in India culminated after a one and half year research, the book is a ready reckoner for the jewellery industry to define trends of tomorrow.
What according to you was the most interesting aspect of the print job: Registration of gold pattern and spot UV on the cover logo.

Comment about the book: The Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai has paid homage to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar on behalf of all Mumbaikars by publishing this photo-biography which highlights his life, work and vision.
What according to you was the most interesting aspect of the print job: Special colour printing. A good printer should understand inks; and Spenta has done just that.
