What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A perfect print firm never exists, as there is always a scope for improvement. However, perfection depends on the internal coordination between your employees. Each department should be tuned to work with each other so that efforts are minimised and outputs are maximised.
What is the trait you most deplore in our industry?
Narrow-minded thinking. Companies these days are focusing more on profit rather than brand building. One should undertsand that profits are not as essential as customer loyalty.
The current fact file of your press...
Started the company in 2015 with small-scale screen printing jobs. Now, we are working with more than 500 brands with in-house UV offsets, dry lamination, embossing, liquid foil, punching and pasting machines to give a complete printing and packaging solution.
What is the quality you seek when you hire?
Honesty and determination to succeed. Besides, one should also suggest ideas for improvement. 4
When and which print job or project made you the happiest?
Brown kraft paper with screen white printed on a four-colour offset. As soon as we delivered the prints, the customer put me in a conference call with his former printer, saying, “Aisa printing hona chahiye, kuch sikho in logo se.” It was the happiest moment in my life
What is your most ‘wow’ moment?
Ten years ago, for the first time in my life, I saw an offset press running at a speed of 12,000 sph. I was amazed by this engineering marvel crafted and designed with perfection. It was an indescribable experience.
How has been your online custom packaging service (Printzogo) functioning?
Since its launch in June 2020, our customers have never waited for a quotation even in the case of customised jobs. The service has enabled our customers to upload their designs directly on the platform and pay using online portals. What is your favourite print joke? Your job will be printed tonight.
What is the greatest strength of your printing firm?
Multiple in-house machines and wellcoordinated staff, who work with a sole purpose – to produce attractive print jobs.
Which print technology, according to you, is the future? Why?
There is a future for all types of printing technologies, be it screen or digital. Each one of them has its pros and cons.
If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
Install more innovative printing machines and employ them to produce attractive and unique prints.
