Horlicks Gold Pressure Sensitive Labels
Huhtamaki PPL

The brand requirement was to provide Metallic and Tactile effect to their premium health nutritional product. The brand had to be positioned differently than the regular Horlicks in the premium shelf. The challenge was to print design with fine vignettes on to metallic base and provide tactile effect, meeting the scuff parameters.

The same is also achieved on a metallic labelstock, printed by
flexography with a grainy tactile look & feel. This label has a unique shelf appeal in terms of aesthetics and also interacts with the end consumer because of the sensory
appeal (grainy tactile effect).

Tzinga Profile Pouch
Huhtamaki PPL

Tzinga is an energy drink in a profile pouch. It’s a new concept in the Indian market in the beverage segment. This specialized slim profile cut stand-up pouch is well in line with the ‘health’ concept of the drink. This pouch with Matt effect has improved aesthetics providing good shelf visibility. It provides source reduction versus tin cans used by other players in
the energy drink market, thereby offering a better preposition by reducing cost without compromising pack quality functionality. The structure is designed to withstand hot filling process (90 degrees Celsius) at high speeds. Foil gives high barrier and nylon imparts strength.

Multilayer Woven Sack for Daawat
JPS Plastics

This is an easy-to-open Multilayer bag with a Matte Reverse Printed BOPP, laminated with Metallic BOPP, sandwiched through PPLD fabric. The design was quite typical, and required Metallic inks and white inks. White inks provide the bag with unique aesthetics. Metallic BOPP acts as UV rays reflector, increasing shelf life. The packaging industry is continuously innovating, and is emerging as the primary marketing strength. The global rice industry is looking for new packaging ideas that appeal to consumers as well as providing a longer shelf life, while increasing sales of the rice manufacturers.

reduced cost. This pack design is offered to GS Caltex and many others clients worldwide.
