What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A print firm that offers a wide range of print services like offset, digital and large format printing, including services like design consultation, post print finishing and distribution.

What is the trait you most deplore in our industry?
Exploitative labour practices are deplorable. This includes underpaying workers or even violating labour laws.

What is the trickiest colour that you have had to print?
Grey is the trickiest to print.

What is the quality you seek when you hire?
While hiring for my organisation, I look for skill sets and expertise in areas such as design, printing technology and finishing techniques.

When and which print job or project made you the happiest?
Printing a coffee table book for IIT students. I was an IIT student once. So I was happy.

Describe your day in two sentences?
Change in print, specs, design, the demand situation is what keeps me on the toes. Meeting deadlines for the print job is my priority everyday.

What is your most ‘wow’ moment?
When I received recognition from Noida Authority on Women’s day.

Which print technology do you prefer and why?
My preference is digital as it is highly versatile and can be used for a wide range of print materials including business cards, brochures and posters.

What is your favourite print joke?
When a customer demands blue ink on his job, you can be sure the colour of the stock will be yellow.

One job you wish you had printed?
I have a wish to be associated with the printing of an autobiography of a famous personality; it has so far eluded me.
