Manesar, Haryana-based Decorpac is a dynamic enterprise that has earned the trust of its high-profile clientele in a span of 27 years in the packaging and commercial printing domain. Our product spectrum consists of inserts, tags, wraparound bands, labels, stickers, thermal printed barcode stickers and fabric labels, heat-seal and zipper vinyl bags, hangers, acetate and hardboard boxes, cartons, PDQ boxes and garment accessories.

When did you start using the paper from Sona?
We have been using papers from Sona Papers since 2011.

What are the properties of the paper you like? 
The papers from Sona Papers basket have allowed us to showcase our prowess in all forms, whether it is commercial printing or customised packaging. The papers exhibit good printing quality, creasing and folding. They also support all formats of printing and various post-print applications.

Why did you decide to use the paper? 
First, the quality is excellent. Plus, a wide variety of papers, consistent supply support system, wide geographical presence, experienced and dedicated team of professionals, good relationship with Sona Papers management and good customer support are the other factors that inspire us to use Sona Papers. Since most of our clients are international, Sona is the only source for our requirements, as we always require specialised papers. 

Did you look at other similar products?  
No, because the variety of papers available with Sona is like a one-stop shop. I am quite satisfied with the quality of papers as well as the customer support services.

What are the features that tilted the favour in this?
Of course, the quality of the paper is the top feature. Apart from that the hidden attributes like competitive pricing, consistency in supply of paper and good customer service support are the features that tilted the favour. Sona Papers is truly professional and that is what we look for.

How much have these features helped you?
It has helped us a lot in rapid production because of Sona’s wide geographical presence. If we require paper in some other location, they can arrange the paper in that location from its nearest branch or warehouse. It has helped us save on time and cost. Secondly, all the papers supplied by Sona are accepted worldwide, and are used by various global brands. Sona Papers has helped us create a brand of its own in the international market.

For various commercial printing projects, customised and luxury packaging projects, fashion tags and many innovative projects.

Is there anything that you do not like or can be improved about this? 
Everything is as per the expectations. I have never found any problem in papers from Sona Papers. The response from team Sona is excellent.

If there’s a critical printing job that has come your way, would you rely on this to see it through?
Yes, of course. We, at Decorpac, are known for accepting challenges thrown at us. It is our USP. 

What’s the quality like? 
The quality is up to the mark. No need to compare it with any other paper from another supplier.

How easy is it to use and handle? 
It is very easy to use and handle. The papers are available in sheet format and the sizes of sheets are as per the international printing standards. No additional parameters are required.

Yes, the quality of paper is good, available in sheet formats and as per the international printing standards that reduces the wastage level. Apart from that, the service delivery; quick delivery and best consultations are value additions.
