Please describe your company.
Noida-headquartered MJ Global is a multi-locational (Noida; Faridabad and Baddi) packaging printing company that produces packaging material through virgin paper, duplex board and kraft paper. MJ Global was founded in the 1980s by Rajiv Bhatnagar. The second generation got involved in the business with the joining of Ramit and Rohan Bhatnagar in 2018. Both come from a solid academic and professional background. MJ Global serves some of the largest FMCG, QSR, pharma and electronic goods companies.

When did you start using the Tiancen KFM-106MC automatic lamination machine?
We are using the lamination machine from January 2022.

What are the properties of the machine you like?
It can laminate metPET products, duplex boards and corrugation sheets. It is a multi-purpose machine suitable for water-based glue and oil-based glue for dry thermal lamination. The lamination machine can run at a mechanical speed of 100-m/min.

Why did you decide to use the machine?
Tiancen has earned a good name in the market through its representative, Ample Graphics. We got good feedback from existing users about the machine, aftersales service and the team at Ample Graphics. Sachin Kala of Ample Graphics has a good understanding of lamination machines and its applications.

What are the features that tilted the decision in favour of Tiancen?
Its lamination width of 1,080-mm at a mechanical speed of 100-m/min. Also, the lamination tower has a mirrorcoated heating roller with a large diameter of 380-mm, which maintains constant temperature for evaporating the moisture content in the adhesive. The heat conduction is controlled by an internal oil circulation system to ensure that the roll surface temperature is maintained at variable operating speeds.

How much have these features helped you in your production?
With the machine, we are capable of doing all types of lamination jobs. It improves efficiency and reduces the production time.

We use it to laminate FBB, duplex boards and corrugation sheets.
