Please describe your company.
ThreeView was established in 1991. We are a service provider for booklet printing, banner printing, digital printing, calendar printing, etc. These services are valued in the market for their effectiveness, clarity and dependability. We collaborate with our clients, understand their demands and try to fulfil their needs, as our business is based upon customer care and satisfaction.

When did you start using the cutting table from Zund?
We are using the Zund cutting table from October 2021.

What are the properties of the cutting table you like?
Its modularity, speed and user-friendliness. The machine is flexible in terms of upgradations at site, be it adding different tools for cutting various substrates, or for increasing productivity. It has a host of features which can be added on. The machine is Industry 4.0 compatible and future-ready.

Why did you decide to use it?
Zund is one of the market leaders in digital cutting machines. Moreover, the modularity with which it is built gives us the freedom in terms of ensuring that the machine will not go redundant any time due to the lack of cutting jobs. I feel the investment is safe and has the least amount of risk.

How are you benefiting?
It has a quick turnaround time for short-run jobs. Moreover, there are no expenses involved in the run up to cutting the job. So, my overheads are minimum with this machine.

Did you look at other similar products?  
Yes. We looked at other available solutions in the market.But for us, Zund fit the bill the best.

What are the features that tilted the favour in this?
The Swiss technology translates to precision engineering. And most of all, the peace of mind which comes with the fact that the company is directly available in India to take care of the after-sale requirements.  

How much have these features helped you in your production?
We started feeling the difference the moment the machine was installed. We had a huge backlog of work and were desperately awaiting the machine. It took just six hours from unboxing to production. Even before we realised, we had cleared a sizable chunk of our backlog work. This was really magic for us.  

For what applications is the cutting table used?
We are using the table for short-run jobs, especially for packaging, sample-making and rigid box.

What’s the quality like?  
It is much better than other available machines in the market. Before buying the machine, we had done sample tests on other machines as well. But once we saw the results from this machine, we made up our mind instantly.

How easy is it to use and handle?
It’s ergonomic and user-friendly. The Zund cut centre software, which comes with the machine, is intuitive. It has a host of features to make cutting jobs a breeze. Also, it has plenty of safety features. In my opinion, if you are looking for
value for money, peace of mind, etc, you should certainly consider Zund for your cutting requirements.

Would you say that it offers value for money?
Yes, indeed. This machine offers innumerable possibilities and that makes it worth it’s money.

Who do you think the machine is for?
Oh, it could be for many. For instance, anyone related to the designing industry, because I guess, this would be a cost-effective way of translating their designs into reality, unlike other technologies. Also, anyone who has short-run jobs with plenty of SKUs.

Under what circumstances would you recommend it to others?
There is no reason to not recommend the right thing.
