What do you think 2017 will be remembered for?
It is the rollout of Goods and Services Tax (GST)

What do you think will represent the single biggest opportunity for printers in 2018?
A stabilised GST will be a big opportunity

What do you think will represent the single biggest threat for printers in 2018?
Further price erosion is the biggest threat for printers and this coupled with not realising the value addition which we do.

What’s the one thing that the industry should do more of, or do better, in 2018?
Collaborate. There should be an association for printers under the age 40 to take print forward.

What was your biggest disappointment in 2017?
It is the price pressure and printers giving in.

What was the best piece of advice you have ever been given?
Suno Sabki, Karo Mann ki (Listen to everyone, evaluate and take your own decision).

What is that one thing you will do differently in 2018?
We will look to innovate more than we already do and be known as a solution provider rather than a printer.
