Xeikon pre-press offers digital plate making systems (imagers) for both flexo and letterpress under the name ThermoFlexX. With the recently introduced ThermoFlexX Catena+ system, Xeikon is the first to present a zero-touch, fully automated packaging pre-press solution, guaraneeing integrated flexo plate processing with the highest standards in quality, reliability and safety.

With the help of advanced linear motors, ThermoFlexX can do automatic beam correction for optimal distance per resolution while imaging, which will make sure the images are perfect. With 5,080-dpi resolution ThermoFlexX can reproduce full image contrast with abundance of grey levels even at higher screening level.
