What is your idea of a perfect print firm in India?
A perfect print firm, small or big, must have the desire to think out of the box, experiment, and deliver solutions and innovations.

What is the trait you most deplore in our industry?
In our industry, brands don’t bear the cost of R&D and sampling. In most cases, large brands, which are exponentially larger than the print service providers (PSPs), expect the PSP to undertake free-of-charge development using their limited capital. This practice slows down the much-needed innovation in the print sector.

What is the quality you seek when you hire?
We seek to build a team of energetic, innovative, and likeminded people. The most important quality that we look for is ownership. An individual must take ownership of jobs and not treat them like a game of passing the parcel.

When and which print job or project made you the happiest?
Over the past few years, we have begun executing our projects using PVC-free/recyclable materials. We are proud that we are contributing toward eliminating PVC from our industry.

Which print technology would you prefer and why?
Offset for the speed and digital for its versatility. Unfortunately, clients want both

What is your favorite print joke?
Can you deliver the job tomorrow?

What is the greatest strength of your printing firm?
Our ability to constantly innovate and deliver awe-inspiring products. We are not afraid of making mistakes and believe that micro innovations add up to become something beautiful.

If you could change one thing about your printing plant, what would it be?
Adopt more automation on the shop floor and increase the technological integrations in our manufacturing processes.

What is your favourite make in India print brand?
TechNova. The brand stands out and has some really interesting offerings.

What do you most value in your customers?
I value the bond we share with our customers, especially when we get to be a part of the creative process. We genuinely enjoy brainstorming, conceptualising, designing with our clients.
