The White Revolution was spearheaded by Tribhuvandas Patel under the guidance of Sardar Patel. As a result, the Kaira District Milk Union was born in 1946. Tribhuvandas became the founding chairman of the organisation which was succeeded by Dr Verghese Kurien, after three years.

A. Tetra Pak was founded by Ruben Rausing and built on Erik Wallenberg's innovation. The innovation was called: tetrahedron-shaped plastic-coated paper carton. That's how the company name was derived.
Q. In which year was Coca-Cola created?
A. Coca-Cola was originally intended as a patent medicine. It was invented in the late 19th century by John Stith Pemberton. It was produced by a businessman Asa Griggs Candler, whose marketing tactics led Coca-Cola - and its dominance of the world soft-drink market in the 20th century.
Q. Who is the founder of PepsiCo?
A. The recipe for the soft drink Pepsi was first developed in the 1880s by Caleb Bradham, a pharmacist and industrialist from New Bern, North Carolina. He coined the name Pepsi-Cola in 1898. As the cola developed in popularity, he created the Pepsi-Cola Company in 1902 and registered a patent for his recipe in 1903.

A. HUL was established in 1933 as Lever Brothers. Following the merger of constituent groups in 1956, it was renamed as Hindustan Lever. The company was renamed in June 2007 as Hindustan Unilever.

A. In 1952, Michigan State University became the first university in the world to offer a degree in Packaging Engineering.
