Which is your favourite book?
The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini. The book explores the bonds of friendship, loyalty, feelings of hatred, jealousy and being selfish.
What’s the most interesting thing you’ve read recently?
I recently read an article that explored the influence of the printing press in the Indian freedom struggle.
What smartphone feature would you actually be excited for a company to implement?
A video call feature where the other person’s 3D projection is displayed.
What’s your best childhood memory about reading in a library?
Reading Tinkle comics in the library every week.
If you could time travel, where would you go and why?
If I could go back in time, I’d like to see how the pyramids were built.
Any innovative packaging product that you have come across?
Paper Boat beverage container. The flexible spout pouch has a unique shape. The simple design highlights the brand name and a clean-yet-nostalgic image of a paper boat floating on water.
Some people say print is dead. What’s your take on it?
With the emergence of digital media, the relevance of print media has been questioned, but I don’t think print media is dead and innovative applications of print are yet to be explored and utilised.
One way print can change the world?
The amalgamation of the printing and medical fields in the form of 3D bioprinting of the tissues and organoids is the next big thing in the world.
