Women in Print: Nikita Dhiren Shah

Nikita Dhiren Shah is the managing partner at Sigma Corporation, Hyderabad. Nikita joined the company two years ago afterc ompleting graduation to shoulder her father’s responsibility. She loves to dance, read and is an amateur artist of sorts.

Why did you get into printing?
I wanted to be a part of my father’s dream and achieve and help him in his vision of taking our company Sigma Corporation to great heights.
 
What would be your dream profession?
An editor or a designer.
 
What is your favourite film?
Any suspense thriller or a good romantic film keeps me glued.
 
Who or what makes you laugh?
Charlie Chaplin.
 
Where would you go if you could get time for travel?
London.
 
What is your greatest ambition?
To do something concrete for animals, and for their well-being.
 
How would you like to be remembered?
A simple girl who flew high.
 
Which actress do you think could play your role in a movie on your life?
I think Konkana Sen Sharma would do justice to how I’m actually.
 
What are the qualities of a woman?
I always believed a woman is born with a lot of commitment, patience, perseverance, contentment and passion.
 
So who is your women role model and why?
Mother Teresa. She was a selfless woman.
 
How do you keep yourself peaceful?
I take small breaks from the hectic life cycle.
 
What is your favourite phrase or saying?
Live and let live.
