MPS has over 500 presses installed worldwide. Eight of which are in the Indian sub-continent with two more expected. Pragati Pack, Ajanta Packaging and Skypack are some of MPS press users.

The EP press, the only print unit which allows you to remove the flexo plate cylinder, insert a rotary screen (not unit) and print by screen, making it a combination press. Ajanta Packaging has two of these.

MPS hosted a demonstration of two new label presses, the EB 370 and EF 430 during a three-day open house at its Didam factory from 14-16 May, 2014. Over 60 label press owners from different countries saw the two presses in action on each of the three days.
The multi-substrate EF press has been MPS’ high-end top selling press. The EF 430 shown in this picture is a press with multiple converting units on rail for de-lam/re-lam, web turn-bar, etc.
In this picture is the EB 370 press, a mid-range machine targeted at printers and converters with limited investment options. The EB 370 is a cost-effective press with 12 features which are standard of which six are unique (patent pending).

The makeready in progress. Many features of EF press have been incorporated in the EB 370, the iStop for instance, allow the press to stop and start with virtually no waste, claims MPS.
A manual pre-register. Pre-set all your print register setting before even starting the press, saving on wastage.
Here the press is being started. The operator is setting the lateral and circumferencial register using the iControl, one of the six unique features.
The iControl is calibrated electronic setting knob, which pre-registers the job and can be fine-tuned by allowing the operator to have a feel of the knob.
iControl with unit status indicator light ring: by the colour operator knows status of each unit. Lights outside the ring indicate print register status. Cyan indicates - unit on/off; magenta – jog, yellow - idle; green - run and red - failure.
iSet is another feature on the press. It allows all print settings to be done conveniently from the front of the press, quick and calibrated.
The print unit has quick lock doctor blade and anilox with handles. This allows for quickest colour change on a print unit.

Note the space in the iStrip matrix. As the roll diameter expands, the shaft moves away allowing a free rolling.
