This year, the PrintWeek India Awards is celebrating its eighth edition of the Awards. Over the years, a number of companies from across the country have made it to the winning list. For the Performance categories, the Awards looks at a company’s balance sheet, profit, loss accounts and investment in technology and people.

Manipal Technologies has won PrintWeek India Company of the Year Award in 2015, 2012 and 2009. Four years, four Awards in a row. That’s Replika Press. The Kundli-based book factory started manufacturing books in 1994 and they haven’t taken a step back since. Today, Replika is a name to be reckoned with in the Indian book printing industry. Replika books are being exported to five continents and its clientele includes the who’s who of the international and Indian publishing industry
Pre-Press Company 2015, Shilp Gravures, is India's pioneering and undisputed leader in electro-mechanical engraving, with a substantial market share in the flexible packaging industry
SME Printer 2015, Print Plus, located in Bhiwandi, was founded in 1995. Print Plus's financial results are truly eye-popping as its profit before taxes surged by 235.25% and simultaneously its expenditure on staff decreased by 107.36%
Bengaluru-based textile printing specialists Quenby Transfers India won the PrintWeek India Company of the Year for 2014
Pre-Press Company (Tie) - Creative Graphics 2014
Established in 2008, in a short span of time, the Delhi-based firm has been able to go from strength to strength and can count on companies like Nestle, Reebok, Coca-Cola, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Greenpeace, Hyundai and Havells among their clients. PrintExpressions has won the SME Company of the Year in 2014 and 2011
Pragati Offset PrintWeek India Printing Company of the Year 2013. The financial performance reflected gross sales and profit before tax increase by 11.80% and 4.1%, being the highest in the category with an overall net worth during this period which increased by 16.40%
International Print-o-Pac (New Delhi) won the Post-Press Company of the Year (Tie) in 2013. As a book and magazine printer, IPP now serves over 25 book publishers and prints over 100 magazines each month
The Mumbai-based Trigon Digital Solutions, the pre-press specialist, which boast of a tag-line “Your imagination is our limit”, was the Pre-Press Company of the Year on the solid financial performance it returned in the year 2012-13
Perfect Print & Pack, the Vasai-based print-packaging company had won Small Printer of the Year Award 2013
Color Dots Pre-Press Studio (Delhi) won the Pre-Press Company of the Year 2012
Pune-based Prabhat Printing Work won the Small Printer of the Year 2012. The company has a simple Gandhian philosophy of ‘simple living and high thinking’. Today, the press is located in a 15,000 sq/ft area that is equipped with the latest equipment
Parksons Packaging won the PrintWeek India Company of the Year in 2011
Janus Packaging won the Pre-Press Company of the Year 2011. A real turnaround story for the Baddi-based packaging company, which was established in 2005

Comart was a pre-press bastion till 2003. Like all roads led to Rome, most ad agencies took a detour to Comart’s studios in Mumbai and Bengaluru. Corporates created their print brands after consulting the Poonawala family because of their in-depth knowledge of colour management, print processes and complexities of applications. Comart Lithographers won the Pre-Press Company of the Year 2010
The 10,000 sq/ft unit is a fine example of a single-tier, pillarless unit which houses all operations under one roof. Vyoma Graphics won the Small Printer of the Year
Jalgaon-based CMYK Press justified its bagging the Small Printer of the Year 2009 by forging ahead on the growth path. The ISO-certified company had implemented Kaizen (Continous improvement process) and worker-friendly programs
The jury members did not look any further than Noida-based Gopsons’ production of the Kama Sutra – while judging the entries for the best work in post-press. Gopsons Papers won the Post-Press Company of the Year 2009
Wintek Flexo Prints won the Pre-Press Company of the Year 2009
