THE VERDICT
After looking at various offerings from the Chinese counterparts, The HPPL invested in the Brausse die-cutter in 2015. The technical service provided by Suba Solution and the quality of the output of the machine is what impressed Prashant Shah, director of The HPPL. The short makeready time taken to set up a job was another factor. Shah says, “The machine does not require much of maintenance work and we have not experienced any break down of the machine in the past year and a half.” For the company, the machine has resulted in faster turnaround times due to features such as auto stripping to produce jobs and savings in manpower costs. “For example, now we can supply finished products in a day, which earlier used to take 3-4 days,” says Shah.

The Brausse die-cutter has a user-friendly interface and is a work horse with low maintenance requirements. Plus, the technical expertise of Suba Solutions is available 24x7
