Four-city Print Promotion conference in India to highlight Drupa developments

Print Promotion management conference will be a series of one day post-Drupa conference which will be held in the first week of December in Mumbai (1 December, Taj Lands End), Kolkata (3 December, Taj Bengal), Hyderabad (5 December, Vivanta by Taj Begumpet) and Cochin (7 December, Vivanta by Taj Malabar Cochin).

Print Promotion management conference will be organised by Messe Dusseldorf, organisers of Drupa. This year’s Print Promotion conference will focus on the new developments in the industry post-Drupa 2012. Entrepreneurs, managers and experts from printing houses, bookbinderies, school book producers and entrepreneurs from other allied fields can participate in these free-of-charge conferences.   

As [per an official press note, "The focus of the presentations will be on how to increase the quality performance in the printing industry by using the full potential of existing technologies and adapting print production processes. The range of topics will vary from sheet-fed gravure presses, and how the use of UV technology in the printing process can enhance competitiveness, to top-notch paper converting, cutting correctly and how to achieve consistency in hard cover book production."
 
Two of the leading German printing machinery manufacturers, Heidelberg and KBA, will be present. They will be joined by post-print solution providers like Polar-Mohr and Kolbus, paper processing specialist Bielomatik Leuze, as well as H C Moog who are specialists for sheetfed gravure printing and the UV specialist IST Metz.
