One year to go for 11-day Drupa

Messe Düsseldorf, who are the show organisers state the show will open on 31 May 2016.

The duration of the show has also been shortened from 14 to 11 days.

Indian printers for whom Dusseldorf is like a Mecca; and in 2016 they shall be seeking industrial inkjet printing, 3D printing and printed electronics.

In the previous edition, Drupa 2012, Landa Digital Printing, launched its Nanographic inkjet printing concept. In 2016, the prototype will be ready, and shall be exhibited in exhibition space to circa 2,600sqm.

Some of the top Drupa exhibitors include HP, EFI, and Konica Minolta. At the moment there are five Indian exhibitors, too.

Drupa has shifted its dates since the past 25 years. In the 1990s it went five-yearly. So we had Drupa 1982, 1986, 1990, then 1995 and 2000, and back to four-yearly for 2004, 2008, 2012 and now 2016.
