Well-suited for packaging of free-flowing bulk solids, Topas SL has already seen more than 400 installations worldwide for typical applications like packaging of resin pellets, fertilizer, food and non-food products, salts, chemical products and minerals among others.

“The Topas SL differentiates itself conceptually and in many details from its predecessor, starting with the significantly improved accessibility offered through the open frame structure and the large, transparent safety doors. Thanks to its compact construction, the mobile TOPAS SL can be easily moved from one silo to the next to fill different products,” said representatives of W&H.

According to a company statement, with speed of more than 2,600 bags per hour, Topas SL is currently the fastest line of its kind in the world. The other highlights include easier operation, 20% increased output and an attractive price/performance ratio.

Concurrent with Interpack, the company has organised an in-house expo at its head-quarters in Lengerich wherein it will demonstrate Vistaflex CX 8, the new 2,200 mm super-wide flexographic press besides the FFS machines.
