13 industry leaders from India appointed to Cannes Lions 2025 Jury

Jurors hail from 52 country markets; Ivory Coast and Kazakhstan represented for the first time

The Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity has announced its jury list for 2025, featuring global industry leaders selected to award creative work and set benchmarks in advertising and marketing excellence. This year’s prestigious Cannes Lions Awards jury includes 13 distinguished professionals from India.

Among the notable Indian jurors are Pallavi Chakravarti from Fundamental, Mahima Mathur from DDB Mudra Group, Vikram Pandey from Leo, and Josy Paul from BBDO India. These jurors will evaluate entries across various categories and help select the work to be judged, awarded, and celebrated during the festival, which will be held from June 16 to 20, 2025.

Simon Cook, CEO of LIONS, commented, “This year’s Cannes Lions Awarding Jury line-up brings together some of the most highly respected and accomplished industry talent from around the world. Their expertise will help define the creative standards that drive our industry forward.”

Marian Brannelly, Global Director of Awards at LIONS, added that the 2025 jury includes members from 52 country markets. She noted an increased representation from Africa and Asia, with Ivory Coast and Kazakhstan being represented for the first time in the history of the awards.
