Secretary of the Lucknow Printers Association, Harjinder Singh said, “This was first such event in Lucknow and a phenomenal success. The metros are now nearing saturation levels and tier 2 cities like Lucknow and Kanpur are emerging as the next big markets for brands. Thus, it is important that these markets are well-connected and abreast with the changes in technology and trends. We initiated this event to bring these ideas to practice.”

The chief guest of the event was Mayor of Lucknow and the guest of honour was AMSG Ashokan, the recently elected president of AIFMP. The Lucknow Association had also invited Kanpur Printers Association office members for the event. Commenting on the same, Singh said, “The associations across states and districts need to interact more often and cooperate with each other to create a holistic growth structure across the country. Isolation is not the way forward, sharing knowledge amongst associations is a necessity now.”

The event saw experts from the sponsoring companies make presentations over the emerging trends in the industry. The event also saw 10 companies related to printing industry being felicitated for their contribution to the industry. The event was also used as a launch-pad for the official website of the association and its newsletter.
