48 exhibitors attend the third Private Label Products Show
Total 48 exhibitors, including a large section of cosmetics and FMCG products manufacturers, came together during the third Private Label Products Show held at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi from 29 to 31 August 2016.

The annual show for print buyers was first held in Delhi in 2014, before travelling to Mumbai the next year. During the third edition of the show this year, total 2,365 visitors attended the show.
Zobele Group, Indi Cans, Lykis, Cossmic Products, Fresno and Bakersfield India, Royal Bee Natural Products, Kadak Family Tea, PBS Oil Industries, The Anada Bag Tea, India Connection, Browntape, JTC Tea Industries, Primacy Industries, Verynutri, Trinity Kitchenware, Novel Herbals, Acra Pac India were among the prominent exhibitors.
Monarch Graphics and Trigon, among others, represented the converters.
According to the organiser of the show, MEX Exhibitions, the driving force for the private label market in India is better margins and increasing consumer acceptance. Private labels are grabbing more and more market share in India.
According to reports the margins for private labels, in case of apparel sales is the highest at 40% to 60%, followed by the food and beverage segment, growing at CAGR of 30% for the next five years owing to improved quality of products at low price point and range between 10% and 15% in case of FMCG products. The consumption of private labels has helped Indian consumers bring down their monthly consumption bill by 8%-10% depending upon the product category.
