Aakar Printpack invests in Ricoh

Since its inception over the last two decades or so, Aakar Printpack has been a popular player in the commercial printing arena, offering diverse print applications such as marketing collateral, variable data prints, fliers, corporate brochures and many others. 

“More than anything else, we enjoy playing around with little creativity and adding a bit of innovation to print outputs that eventually make our customers thrilled for flaunting their end-products distinctively amid the crowds and competitors,” Ajay Sonawane, proprietor, Aakar Printpack, said. 

He added, “Now, we redefine print innovations at a new level as our production facility is equipped with a fleet of high-end digital printing and finishing machines, which especially include the Ricoh Pro C7200x.”

Driving print innovations to another level, Ricoh Pro C7200x is an ideal digital colour production press with the fifth colour station which is ideally designed for additional white ink, neon pink and neon yellow. “We are now privileged with this advancement of the Ricoh Pro C7200x to go beyond CMYK for simulating special effects on print outputs,” Sonawane said, adding, “It can churn on a broad range of media comprising both lightweight and heavyweight stocks up to 360-gsm.”

He added, “We are excited about our partnership with Monotech Systems whose highly committed after-sales service team is always alert to provide every bit of help we need from them. Now, we have chalked out a plan to buy yet another machine from them for print enhancement—PixelGlow. Most probably, we will celebrate the New Year with the installation of the new digital spot UV & foiling system.” 

Backed by a team of 12 professionals, among which two are highly-skilled graphic designers, Aakar Printpack works for customers across Maharashtra. “However, we can say our customer base is expansively extended to pan-India, because we have some clients like India Post which are not region- or state-specific. Well, what we are looking ahead is to work for clients across the nation using best-in-class machines like Ricoh Pro C7200x and others from authentic suppliers like Monotech Systems,” he concluded.
