Aarya Print Pack opts for Synchroline, Vinsak slitter-rewinder

Mumbai-based Aarya Print Pack has installed a complete set of label production equipment, including a Lombardi Synchroline 430 narrow-web flexo printing press and a Vinsak USAR 430 universal slitter and re-winder. Both the machines were supplied and installed by Vinsak India.

Datta Falsundar, managing director, Aarya Print Pack, said, “Vinsak has been supportive and instrumental in helping us finalise on the Synchroline and USAR machine and then install and begin production even during the pandemic.”

He added that taking a quantum leap from its previous entry-level equipment to a multi-crore investment was initially a challenge, but the good market references, professional approach and good installation support has reaffirmed the company’s decision to choose Vinsak as its equipment supplier.

Established in 2009, Aarya Print Pack is an illustrious manufacturer and supplier of a wide array of packaging and pharmaceutical labels. These are developed using qualitative raw material with the latest machines and tools. Available in different colours, sizes and designs, these products are widely used to pack food, electronics and pharmaceutical products.

The fully-loaded eight-colour Lombardi Synchroline comes equipped with options of de-lam/re-lam, moveable cold foil, full servo infeed and outfeed as well as corona and web cleaning. Multi-substrate capabilities from 12-microns films to 450-gsm boards make the press a versatile print system to address different fields in the market.

The Lombardi will enable Aarya to enter new fields of higher quality self-adhesive labels, wraparound, flexible films and shrink sleeves, etc.

The Synchroline is best complemented with high-quality finishing machine Vinsak USAR 430. The modular universal slitter and rewinder is a fully servo-driven system with pneumatic unwinds and rewinds , a scissor as well as razor slitting system, dual rewinds and the capabilities of slit from 12 micron films to 450 gms boards to match the capabilities of the print system. 

With the installation of these two new systems, Aarya has taken a quantum leap in its production capabilities and will ensure that the company has a high double digit growth in the coming years.

With this new installation, Lombardi now has an installed base of more than 30 machines in India in the last five years. All over, Lombardi has installed more than 300 inline flexo presses globally with about 80 being sold in the Vinsak territories.
