ACGI Installs its 1,000th track-and-trace line

Global serialisation service provider ACG Inspection (ACGI) has completed its 1,000th installation of its track-and-trace line. The company achieves this landmark in a year when it is celebrating its 10 year anniversary.

ACGI has two signature services — Verishield, and Qualishield. These services encompass the entire gamut of pharma serialisation, offering turnkey compliance with the current and pending track and trace mandates.

According to an ACGI representative, VeriShield offers serialisation and aggregation solutions for cartons and bottles at the primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging levels, and QualiShield is an extensive range of high-accuracy camera inspection solutions for pharma doses, labels, and cartons.

“The VeriShield serialisation and aggregation solutions with enterprise management suite are among the critical solutions designed to provide customer compliance for Indian DGFT mandates," the representative added.

ACGI's track-and-trace portfolio comprises of levels one to five serialisation needs, from individual line implementation to enterprise IT coordination and government/ third-party reporting capabilities.  

These end-to-end solutions include line-level serialisation and aggregation solution with a centralised solution providing track and trace regulation support, global network serial number management, centralised data management, and integration modules for supply chain partners, amongst others.

ACGI's serialisation services are implemented in more than 100 countries around the world.
