Basysprint CTCP can expose plates of up to eight up size and it is installed along with Glunz and Jensen Raptor+ processor.
The Komori is supplied by Insight Print Communications and Basysprint by Monotech Systems.
Manoj Kumar, proprietor of Aditya Printers, said, “I finalised the printing press during PrintPack 2017 as I found it to be a good deal.”
The printing press was installed on the shopfloor a few days back. During my freelancing stint, most of jobs were done on Komori in the nearby area and I was impressed with the quality. The decision to opt for Basysprint CTCP was to compete in the market.”
Kumar started his journey as an employee in a printing press around a decade ago. “I came into printing owing to my surroundings. Most of my neighbours are printers and they inspired me. Thus, I decided to enter the industry.
“After spending around two years in a printing press and eight years freelancing, I finally established a printing facility to serve my clients better,” said Kumar.
Aditya Printers produces jobs for commercial and books market. Kumar said the company is ready to do any kind of printing job. “Right now we are doing visiting cards, invitation cards, brochures, booklets, menus and others, along with books. We have some label jobs too but for the moment it is outsourced,” he said.
For Kumar, the concern is to give his customers ‘value for money’. He has invested around Rs 5 crore in the facility so far. Around 20 people work in 6,000 sq/ft rented premise.
For the moment, my target is to run the facility round-the-clock and feed the machines accordingly. “We may be adding one more machine within a year,” he added.
