One of India's top decor printing service providers, Match Graphics, will install the new machine in a greenfield 50,000 sqft digital printing facility on the outskirts of Ahmedabad.

Shashank Surana, executive director at Indo Polygraph Machinery, representing K&B in India, said, “The RotaJet represents the latest in inkjet technology for the growing decor industry.”

Narayan Agarwal, the chairman of Match Graphics, said, "For over 30 years, we have led the way in decor printing innovation. This press allows us to take that innovation to an entirely new level.”

Samarth Surana, director of Indo Polygraph Machinery, said, "The high-value press will be shipped in August. K&B experts will provide intensive operator training and commissioning support.”

The RotaJet utilises industrial inkjet heads that can print four-colour CMYK designs on decor paper, moving at speeds up to 270 metres per minute. Its resolution of up to 1200x1200-dpi enables hyper-detailed graphics that set a new benchmark for realism. “Perhaps most significantly, its ability to print unique content on each segment without repeating allows for true personalisation at scale,” said Surana.

"The RotaJet’s 'endless printing' capability unlocks exciting new applications for our customers," said Agarwal. "From custom flooring with names and dates to wallpaper featuring personalised family photos, the possibilities are endless. No other printer in India has this technology."

Explaining RotaJet's features, Agarwal said, "It required an enormous investment, but we're committed to leading the future of our industry."

With production ramping up, Match Graphics is poised to bring new levels of customisation and product varieties to global clients across architecture, interior design, and other decor-intensive sectors. “The RotaJet installation will cement Match Graphics’ position at the forefront of digital printing innovation in India and worldwide,” said Surana.
