Ahmednagar’s Digital Print System & Solutions swears by WB@2500 binder

Chhajed said, “The length of the book is 13-inch and the height is just 4-inch. This makes it a challenging print job. Having said that the WB@2500 has been able to handle it efficiently. That’s the advantage of Impel-Welbound machines, they are reliable.”

The company has been working with Impel-Welbound for a few years now. The new WB@2500 is its second perfect binding machine from the manufacturer.

“The new WB@2500 has several new features that have not only upped our productivity but also enhanced our book binding capabilities. One, it can handle wider covers than the previous version of the machine. It can handle covers up to 500gsm,” said Kavita Chhajed, managing director of Digital Print System & Solutions.

She continued, “Plus it is a smart machine. It provides you with analytical data that can be used to measure productivity. For example, alerts when the machine is idle, weekly production report, etc. I’m excited about these features.”

So impressed is Vineet Chhajed with these features that make the machine intelligent, he is in talks with Impel-Welbound to replace his first machine with another WB@2500.
