AIFMP to honour Narendra Parmar and Amit Shah

The All India Federation of Master Printers (AIFMP) will honour Narendra Parmar, editor of Printing Samachar for being the Best Indian Regional Language Printing Journal Award and Amit Shah of Spectrum Scan with the Young Entrepreneur award at its diamond jubilee celebration event, which is slated for 5 July in Chennai.

Amit Shah, managing director of Spectrum Scan, said, “I am excited to know that AIFMP has decided to honour me with the award for my contribution to the printing industry. This award will be special as AIFMP is celebrating its diamond jubilee year.”

Narendra Parmar, whose magazine in Gujarati has disemminated information and technical information to printers said, "I am very happy and would like to dedicate my award to the print industry in Gujarat."

The AIFMP was registered in Madras in 1953 and since its inception it has worked for the betterment of the Indian printing industry and help it render better and more useful service to the masses. It is recognised by the Government of India as an organisation representing the printing industry on an all-India basis.

AIFMP are also the organisers of Pamex, one of the biggest print trade show in India. Pamex 2013 is scheduled to be held later this year on 14-17 November 2013 in Delhi.
