Ainan Enterprises buys Mutoh Valuejet wide-format

On the last day of Media Expo, Kota-based Ainan Enterprises bought a Mutoh Valuejet 1604 S2 eco-solvent wide format machine from Mutoh’s India distributors, Negi Sign Systems and Supplies.

“We chose Mutoh Valuejet as we wanted to maintain our quality standards. It's a best value for money as far as we know,” said Navneet Nagar, owner, Ainan Enterprises.

Ainan Enterprises started its journey with a computer, printer and a screen-printing table in 2010. Today, it caters to all major sector related to designing and printing services like indoor-outdoor advertising, offset printing, screen printing, corporate and personalised gifts and signage industry.

In addition to the Valuejet, Ainan’s printing unit houses a Printek solvent printer, an Asta Laser Engraver and GCC Expert EX-24 vinyl cutting plotter bought from Mehta Cad Cam, as well as, inkjet proofing and book binding machine. In March 2012, the company bought an ABDick Presstek offset press and a paper cutting machine.  Currently, Ainan prints around 3,000 sqft per day using its solvent printer, while its offset press delivers 30,000 impressions a day.

Ainan serves a long list of customers which include Addzol Lubricants, Rise Academy, Etoos Academy (South Korea), Vodafone, Aeon Cycle, First Mahindra, HDFC Bank, INOX, LIC, Lotto, Modi Group, Moneybulls, Asus, Aircel, Kappco India and many more.

Detailing his future plans, Nagar said, “In near future, we plan to expand by installing a refurbished 4-colour Heidelberg Speedmaster 102, a flat-bed hybrid printer, a solvent printer with Polariz printhead, a CNC router and metal marking machine.”
