Akruti and Digiflex to present during 6 September webinar

Pune-based Akruti Offset which adopted processor-less technology in 2014, shifted their pre-press operations using Kodak's Sonora plates. This adoption of Kodak’s process-free plates by Akruti stemmed from both their economic and environmental benefits. The father and son duo of Girish and Sahil Rao said to PrintWeek India that the "plates eliminate the processing step required by traditional thermal CTP plates and provide significant energy, water, and waste reductions without requiring printers to make sacrifices on productivity or print capabilities."

The webinar will look at pre-press technologies available in the Indian market and trends in the print industry.
