Kala said offering service support has been the key mantra for the company. For this Ample has invested in a team of service engineers which are spread across North India (Delhi, Jaipur and Ahmedabad) to provide prompt service during the times of need. “The focus on service has been much appreciated by customers and the partners. Today, Ample Graphics provides service support to the customers having machines from these Chinese companies sold through their previous sales associations also,” he added.
