Anurag Gupta gets new duties at Xerox India

Xerox India has appointed Anurag Gupta as the director, customer service operations (CSO). Gupta replaces Balaji Rajagopalan, who moved to the role of executive director, technology, channels and international distributor operations, last year.

Roy Harding, chief operating officer, developing markets organisation, Xerox, said, “Anurag’s first-hand customer service experience along with his extensive knowledge of Xerox offerings and channels made him the first choice to head the CSO operations. Gupta joined Xerox India in 1985 as a trainee at Xerox India manufacturing unit, Rampur, moving across various roles within CSO function for 22 years and thereafter, in Global Document Outsourcing (GDO) function for last seven years.
