Apsom Infotex acquires Delhi-based UV Printers

Apsom Infotex, a distributor for leading brands like Roland and Colorjet has acquired Delhi-based UV Printers, the sole distributors of Dilli, Korea, a technology leader in the UV printing segment.

UV Printers, founded by Kriti Vijay Sharma, supplies UV Printing solutions in various segments like signage, glass, ceramic tiles, furniture and fixtures, etc, and brings to the table more than a decade of experience.

The entire range of UV printing solutions from DilliUV, Korea will now be marketed by Apsom Infotex under the leadership of Kirti Vijay Sharma.

“The large format printing business is moving into the consolidation phase, and it was the right time for UV Printers to associate with Apsom Infotex for enhanced reach and driving business synergies so that we can offer better value preposition to our customers,” said Sharma.

The main principals for Apsom are Roland DG and Colorjet India. It has a national distribution infrastructure, with offices across major cities in India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal.
