Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic conducts state-level symposium
Sivakasi-based Arasan Ganesan Polytechnic College (AGPC) conducted its state-level technical symposium titled ‘Impression 2018’ on 6 February 2018 at its college campus.

The symposium had participation from over 60 students from various engineering and polytechnic colleges from Tamil Nadu.
“It is a matter of joy that students from all seven premier print education institutes participated in the symposium and took part in all the events with vigour and enthusiasm,” said Dr M Nandakumar, principal and head of the department of printing technology, AGPC.
In the technical quiz, the first prize was won by the students of Anna University in the engineering category and in the diploma category, the first and second prizes were bagged by SIGA Polytechnic College and SIPT Polytechnic College respectively.

In the design contest, the first prize was won by Anna University in the engineering category and the second prize was bagged by Avinashilingam University. In the Diploma category, the first and second prizes were bagged by Nachimuthu Polytechnic College and SIGA Polytechnic College respectively.
S Dayaker Reddy, president, IPAMA was the chief guest and AMSG Ashokan, president, AIFMP was the guest of honour. The event was also attended by O Venugopal, vice president, AIFMP and V Muniyappan, president, SIPA.
