"We are now in a position to take responsibility of fine printing for, say a fashion magazine with this machine," said Subhash Goel, managing director of the company.

The Rs 35-crore family-owned business which was established by Goel and his brothers Madan and Suresh, specialises in book publishing, magazines, annual reports, catalogues and brochures.  In 2000, they were joined in by the second generation Goels – Ajay, Vikas, Vijay and Sunny.

Goel added: "After scrutinising a few brands, we concluded that Heidelberg is the best. The machine has the fastest makeready time, consistent quality, prints on a variety of paper, and is the best for a short run job."

Running along side the Heidelberg CD 102 at Aravalli’s print-floor are one five-colour Heidelberg and one four-colour KBA. The plates for these presses are fired by a Screen CTP. It also has a complete bindery to manage its post-press requirement.

Deepak Walia, sales manager for Heidelberg India  said: "An association of over 15 years with Aravali has made us more like a family now. This machine would certainly enhance Aravali’s print capability."
Aravali has three units operating in Delhi, Faridabad and Sahibabad.

Aravali's Okhla unit is spread over an area of 35,000 sqft with 100 employees on the base.
