The new Rhyguan TOP-330 at Astron is the third Rhyguan machine at the company’s Ahmedabad facility. The facility is already equipped with two Rhyguan Smart-330 inspection systems with Lustre cameras. Likewise, FIG has also delivered a Rhyguan TOP-330-Plus-2 semi-rotary flexo & die-cutting machine to Astron’s Dubai facility.

Niraj Darji, president of Astron Packaging, states that the latest Rhyguan TOP-330 multi-function label die-cutting machine is superb in terms of precision and productivity. He added that every single Rhyguan machine the company has purchased so far from FIG is ideally cost-effective, easy to use, impactful and efficient in finishing and converting.

Since its inception in 2002, Astron has been working for clients in diverse industries including cold chain supplies, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, etc. The company opened its labelling and folding carton unit in 2008, which keeps upgrading with regular installations of cutting-edge machines and equipment like the Rhyguan TOP-330, Mark Andy narrow web flexo printing press, Rotoflex slitter rewinder, Presstek digital offset printing press from FIG.

Gourav Roy, managing director of Flexo Image Graphics, said, “Astron has been one of our longstanding customers. We are proud to have partnered with them for years and their repeat purchases of Rhyguan machines strongly suggest their trust, satisfaction, and loyalty to us. After all, it’s a positive testament to the quality and value of products and service we provide them.”

According to Roy, the new Rhyguan TOP-330 at Astron’s Ahmedabad facility is a great rotary die-cutting solution for label convertors who need productivity and versatility. An ideal entry-level solution for IML processing and production, users of this machine can shift from full rotary to semi-rotary, providing quality die-cutting of film materials in small quantities.
