Atlas to mark 70-year celebration at Packplus 2014

The launch will coincide with Atlas’ 70-year celebration.

The new Zhongtai model is equipped with the technology to produce micro embossing, deep embossing as well as 2D effects on logos and trademarks simultaneously from a single plate in one go.

The product, according to Atlas is an amalgamation of technology from leading makers like the electronics from Mitsubishi, ball and roller bearings from Taiwan, heavy duty sheet-feeder to allow 100-800gsm thick sheets and sensors for perfect registration, among other features.

For the packaging industry, the Zhongtai machines help enhance the look and provide anti-counterfeiting features. According to the company, Zhongtai machines are running successfully at many Indian units.

Also on display at the Atlas stall, booth 11-103 / hall 11B will be a variety of fully automatic roll-to-roll screen printing machines in different sizes, die cutting and sheeter as well as sheetfed fully automatic and semi automatic screen printing machines in different sizes for various applications.
