Attainable Media reaches new heights with Ricoh

“Following the installation of Ricoh Pro C7500, we perceive a new dynamic in our overall printing and production activities,” Srimant Kumar Pani, proprietor of Attainable Media & Communications, said. He added that this new digital colour production press is packed with advanced features and capacities which eventually make them able to scale up the volume of works revolving around new graphic print innovations.

According to Pani, using the new Ricoh Pro C7500 they are now capable to handle much thicker media up to 470-gsm. He emphasised, “With such capability, we can fulfil the utmost demand of some of our clients who come down to us for fancy and special cards produced using varieties of thick media. In this way, we have tapped some new business opportunities using the new Ricoh Pro C7500.”

The client list of Attainable Media & Communications is a mixed bag predominantly containing jobbers and a host of corporate biggies. “Jobbers who come to us for special products like fancy cards are now impressive and excited about the effects we effectively add on prints using extra colours from the fifth colour station of Ricoh Pro C7500,” Pani said. The colour station is designed to add seven additional special colours, viz. gold, silver, white, clear, neon pink, neon yellow, and invisible red on graphics printed in usual CMYK gamut. 

Pani said speed is yet another advancement of the Ricoh Pro C7500. “Though we have been using digital production presses of other brands when it comes to high-speed print production, this new Ricoh press from Monotech Systems is something that boosts our capacity of 40 jobs to the level of 400 jobs,” he added. 

The Ricoh Pro C7500 runs at 85-ppm, which is upgradable to 95-ppm, to deliver unmatched print quality in the industry’s leading resolution of 2400x4800-dpi on media of 40- to 470-gsm. 

Since its inception in 2012, Attainable Media & Communications has been associated with Monotech Systems whose overwhelming support has helped them grow over the years. On this, Pani said their partnership with the supplier of Ricoh Pro C7500 is dated back to the time when it first purchased a Konica Minolta press from them and it goes on.
