"We are reaching out to billions of reader in India as well as all across the globe, not only through print but also through digital platforms and content on TV, as well as syndicated content," said Sorabjee.
Sorabjee has always spoken about "the tactile nature of print which is what differentiates it from the other mediums. Each issue of the magazine has great content but other than that it represents design and craftsmanship plus the role our print partners have had to play. Publishers need dynamic printing partners that deliver stability plus invest in new presses and technology. Quality remains foremost, particularly if you are a premium media brand."
Sorabjee honoured Autocar team members who played an integral role from "day one of the company in India".
The Autocar India 20th anniversary edition issue is a collector's item with a gold streak to highlight the 20th anniversary. The 430-page September issue has been printed at Kala Jyothi on a Komori 38S heatset press. On the occasion, Sorabjee tweeted, "20 years of AutocarIndia ! What an incredible ride it’s been, driving and riding everything from battle tanks to F1 cars. Big thanks to all our readers and team which is simply the best in the business."
Here’s to the next 20!
