Ayodhya's printing community celebrates launch of new association AFPA
The Ayodhya (Faizabad) Printers Association (AFPA) was officially established on 18 July 2024, with the efforts of the Offset Printers Association (OPA). This marks the OPA's 61st printers' association, aimed at fostering comprehensive networking among printers to address their challenges effectively.

The AFPA was founded under the patronage of Sarvendra Vikram Singh, Jai Parkash Pandey, and Girdher Agarwal. Its leadership team includes president Ashish Agarwal, vice president Abdul Aziz Khan, general secretary Ramesh Jaiswal, treasurer Shubhechhu Tiwari, and organising secretary Ram Tirath Sahu. Executive members are Mohit Gupta, Sunil Agarwal, Mohd. Anees Khan, Anurag Tandon, Jitendra Singh, Lalta Prasad Maurya, Mohd. Iqbal, Saurabh Agarwal, and Vivek Sareen.
During a tour of eastern Uttar Pradesh, professor Kamal Mohan Chopra, a renowned figure in the printing industry, spoke about the importance of networking. Addressing the printers of Ayodhya and Faizabad, Chopra said that networking and association are vital for personal and professional growth.
Chopra congratulated the new association and its inaugural working body, reiterating the power of networking. "Together, we can build a robust community that not only addresses our current challenges but also paves the way for a prosperous future," he said.
The establishment of AFPA is a significant milestone in creating a more interconnected and supportive printing community in Ayodhya and Faizabad.
